Absolute Gymnastics is a well-established gymnastics club in Dubai that provides high-quality coaching to aspiring gymnasts. The coaching team at Absolute Gymnastics is highly qualified and experienced, with our coaches holding international qualifications and certifications.

Our highest level of invite only training is suitable for gymnasts training at level three and above. Here, our gymnasts gain a much higher level of self awareness, becoming more independent and having the opportunity to compete nationally and internationally!

Open to all gymnasts aged six and above who are looking for a more intense programme. Typically gymnasts will have prior experience and a passion for the sport.

Rythmic Squad

Open to gymnasts aged six years and above typically with previous experience. This floor-based sport develops choreography and coordination using a range of hand apparatus - such as hoops, balls, and ropes!
