Our pre-squad programme is open to all gymnasts aged six and above who are looking for a more intense programme. These sessions are two hours long and gymnasts have the opportunity to train up to six hours a week.

Typically our pre-squad children will have had some prior experience with our academy and will have most likely already discovered a passion for the sport and a degree of understanding and skill.

Here, we also introduce the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic syllabus and work towards its key fundamentals and elements.
